I noticed we claim gcc.gnu.org to reside in California, but looking
at the traces and the timezones given for the recent datacenter move,
it appears to be in Phoenix, Arizona these days which would imply a
patch like the one below for http://gcc.gnu.org/mirrors.html.

Or do we just want to omit the site reference here?

Let me know, and I'll update the web site accordingly.
