Hi,
I sent two mails to cygwin-announce but for none of them did I get an
approval request. I sent the first one almost two hours ago. Is the
mailing list server having a hiccup, by any chance?

All the control files look OK to me. I see that some other e-mail to
@cygwin.com was bounced saying "no mailbox here by that name." I've
tried restarting the e-mail system in case the process got corrupted
somehow. Please resend the message and let us know what happens.

That was not the problem but this should now be fixed, I hope.
