These are the list-related headers of your mail: Two user errors from me, my client was hiding some (but not all) extra headers, and my filter rule was 'exactly equals gcc@gcc.gnu.org' rather than 'contains', post migration the List-Id includes the name portion, so that broke which led to me checking the headers and missing them...
