From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Jonathan Larmour To: overseers@sourceware.cygnus.com Subject: ftp limit for UK Date: Sat, 30 Dec 2000 06:08:00 -0000 Message-id: <3907224C.38AFB908@redhat.co.uk> X-SW-Source: 2000/msg00415.html I believe sourceware is set up so that anon ftp's in from Red Hat don't count towards the FTP limit since they don't use the T1, by setting a separate class in ftpaccess. Could someone please extend this to include the office here in the UK, i.e. 194.130.39.* (but still with the domain cygnus.co.uk). This would make things a lot better because our link via the VPN is much faster than our link to the net. Only root can even _see_ the relevant files right now, but it should just be a case of adding 194.130.39.* to the end of the appropriate class line in ~ftp/etc/ftpaccess.
