Actually I might be wrong here, it could in fact be quite easy... I think it is just a case of setting something in the DIR/outhost (and probably also inhost) file, according to the ezmlm docs it seems to be. Obviously we'd need to still accept mail at the old address (apparently this needs ezmlm-reject -T in DIR/editor according to http://sources.redhat.com/ml/overseers/2000-q3/msg00007.html which should hopefully already be done, but may need checking since some lists have been created since then). You can play with the ecos-maintainers list if unsure - that list is v.low traffic and it's okay for one of us to resend something if needed.
