Note that the C++0x docs are out of sync.
ie:
http://gcc.gnu.org/projects/c++0x.html
and:
http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-4.3/cxx0x_status.html
differ. I guess this is by intention. What's the plan here? Should I
move the extern template and type_traits bits to cxx0x_status.html?
