Overseers,
Working as admin for the glibc product I recently created,
deleted, and re-created a flag named "review."
When I go to edit the bugzilla flag properties at this URL:
http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/editflagtypes.cgi?action=edit&id=4
I get the following error:

There is no flag type with the ID 4.
