Dear Overseers,

The moderators list for libc-announce needs updating and I'm not sure
how to do that.

Roland McGrath notes the present list is this:

carlos@codesourcery.com
drepper@redhat.com
rsa@us.ibm.com
roland@hack.frob.com

The "carlos@codesourcery.com" address needs to be changed to my
permanent and forever address of "carlos@systemhalted.org" and I just
need to accept that I'll be working on glibc forever.

The drepper (Ulrich Drepper is now at Goldman Sachs) and rsa (Ryan
Arnold is now at Linaro) entries are no longer valid. I expect neither
of these individuals have time to moderate the announcement list, nor
are they actively involved with releases.

For now I think two people on moderation should be sufficient. I will
go look for more backup volunteers.
