We definitely need a gnats list for sources so we can keep track of

It's still in beta - they started the 3.2 development series a long
time ago.  Except for the disk space shortage, the current version on
sourceware has been working remarkably well, I'd hesitate to mess with
it unless there was an especially well tested version to replace it 
with.

FWIW, I agree totally; in particular with the "especially well tested"
part. ;-)

I'd give it two months of empirically experienced (sp?) stability before
installing on a site such as sourceware.  Or the ultimate disk shortage,
whichever comes first. :-/
