Heads-up: gcc htdig indexing fails, disabled for now

The GCC DB hasn't been successfully updated since the 11:th,
presumably due to running out of disk space, says the logs.
The fast-approaching 1<<31 file-size limit can't be ruled out
though.

I just killed todays futile recovery attempt.  I'll investigate
more thorougly this weekend, but until then I've disabled the
crontab entry for the gcc update.  The sourceware side seems
fine.

Sure enough the wordlist went over the 1<<31 file-size limit,
and likely the word database too.  Fixed temporarily by
shrinking the word (i.e. identifier) truncation limit from 80
to 40 chars, see comment in gcc.conf.  Another fix I'll do is to
stop indexing those msgNNNNN/txtMMMMM.txt attachment thingies
and likewise any .asc files (popular GPG sig attachment suffix).
GCC indexing enabled again.  Should not break down until next
year if left alone for some reason.
