How about the following, which will change the footer of every single
of the regular GCC web pages?

(That really should be most clear for even the most ignorant, and I'm
a bit leary about mentioning fees on the FSF web site which mirrors
gcc.gnu.org for obvious reasons.)

I haven't installed this yet, waiting for your feedback...
