News gateway feeding back to GCC lists (fwd)

Since the list gateway that duplicates messages on the GCC lists hasn't
been fixed (fix request showing headers for a duplicate arriving from the
gateway below), could it be unsubscribed from all the GCC lists and barred
from resubscribing until they've sent an confirmation that they've fixed
the problem?

(The duplicates don't appear in the web archives, perhaps because they
retain the same Message-ID.)
