A gnatsweb request to view problem report 9143 says "Error: no PRs
matched". I tried to add to the PR by responding to the message
about it in gcc-bugs; that mail got added as new PR 9146, which can
be viewed via gnatsweb. There are several other recent PRs for mail
that should have been added to exising entries.

It's probably the usual problem of the index file getting corrupted
(needing regenerating with gen-index). Maybe GNATS has a race condition
bug in updating the index, if multiple processes try to update the index
at once and it doesn't do an atomic read-update-write, so an index with
new PRs is replaced by one with updated information about old ones?
(Just a guess as to what might cause those symptoms.)
