A while ago, a link checker I employed for gcc.gnu.org got a bit,
well, overeager. Sorry for that!

Now it seems that 128.131.111.60 is blocked from http requests,
whereas other hosts on that subnet work, so I assume there is an
http block in place?

Could I get this lifted? Pleeease? I have punished my robot in
Draconian ways and even considered self-flagelation. :-)

I've removed the block but please keep an eye on it and don't let
it flood us with requests again.

Hmm, it seems 128.131.111.60 is still blocked? .45 is on the same
subnet and is able to access gcc.gnu.org just fine.

According to robots.txt there is a crawl delay of 60; I guess this
refers to only one access per minute per robot? I can set things
up that way.

Maybe I didn't restart iptables. There is definitely no block on this
IP addresss. I've refreshed iptables now. It should be better.
