OMG I've just looked.  It's awful.  Sorry, but No.

For example 
https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2020-March/date.html just 
gives a list of emails, no dates shown.  There's no indication what the 
ordering is -- and apparently it is not most recent first.
