Thanks.  Mailing lists seem broken as well (I haven't had email from any 
of those I subscribe to since 15:27 UTC), so this won't actually have got 
through to the overseers list.  Do we know who has root and could be 
alerted to the issue directly?  (I've raised it on #overseers as well.)
