Thanks.  Mailing lists seem broken as well (I haven't had email from any 
of those I subscribe to since 15:27 UTC), so this won't actually have got 
through to the overseers list.  Do we know who has root and could be 
alerted to the issue directly?  (I've raised it on #overseers as well.)

This is probably related as MySQL error 28 is about "not enough disk space".

Accessing

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19853

produces an internal error for me.  I see this for some other bugs, e.g. 
21006, but not all, e.g. 5268 seems fine.  I also see it for GCC Bugzilla, 
e.g. <https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=70000>.  I note that / 
is full:

/dev/mapper/vg_00-LogVol00
                      64376668  61087828     12440 100% /

but don't know if that's the cause.
