How do I remove an address from Patchwork (it seems to be some sort of
primary, and there isn't a remove option)?

Do you have an answer for this question yet?
Yes, I believe the first email is an invariant that is tied to the account.
As an administrator I believe I can change all of this directly from the
'Change user' interface.
Please tell me if you need any help with that (email me privately).
