* [RFA:] src/cpu loginfo to binutils-cvs

src/cpu made it into modules, but there's no corresponding loginfo entry
for it.  It was said to associate with binutils, so I guess logs should go
there.  Ok to commit?

Committed, together with the corresponding (doh!) commitinfo
change.
