No.

I don't know.  This error means that some DNS server in the chain
responded to the request but failed to supply any information.  This
could be the nameservers for systemhalted.org (at dotster.com), or the
ones for your MX record, mx.mailix.net (at idirections.com).
Unfortunately our DNS logs cover less than 24 hours these days, and you
aren't going to get the failure notice in time for us to see anything.
