I picked up the latest release (2.3.0) and tried running the tests, and
I found the following problems:
The once3 test never completed.
I tried installing the QueueUserAPCEx driver and library. (I usually
don't have this installed.)
The once3 test completed once. It still hung most of the time.
The once4 test hung once.
