Subject: IA-64 / _WIN64 port

Hello,

I would like to build an IA-64 port of Posix Threads for
Win32 to run on Win64 platform.

Obviously the file pthread_cancel.c doesn't compile because
there is no #ifdef for _IA64_. But I don't know enough
about IA-64 registers to fix it myself.

Anybody know what the fix is or can you find it in the Linux
IA-64 port of pthreads?

thanks
