I just downloaded the iso from ftp.redhat.com and the
AS-2.1 directory contains the following files:

It seems as though you are stuck in 8.3 filename mode which would
explain why the install script can't find the file.  Did you ftp
the iso (in binary mode) to AS 2.1?
