	* util/printconf_tui.py (nqd_init): Set defaults for
	assume_data_is_text and filter_locale.
	* util/printconf_gui.py (nqd_init): Likewise.
	* util/printconf_conf.py (construct_queue): Set filter_locale if
	requested.
