Log message:
	- be more careful about printing error messages
	- fix refreshing after adding of accounts
	- ldap: try to use a search to convert names to DNs, and only fall back to
	guessing if it turns up nothing
	- files: fix an off-by-one in removal of entries
	- files: correctly determine when to suppress default values
