Log message:
	Prefer our libraries when relinking, which fixes various problems when
	installing somewhere other than the final destination (such as in rpm
	builds).  Also tweak ChangeLogs ltmain.sh mod, and back out the
	multiple local library hack from cup, where it is unnecessary.
