* Makefile.am (pr13212.so): Add -fPIC.
(libjawt.so): Change -fpic to -fPIC.

* Makefile.am (pr13212.so): Build pr13212.so.
* pr13212.c: New file.
* java.c (main): Set LD_PRELOAD.
* configure.ac: Bump release number to 1.0.46.
