* aot-compile-rpm.in: Move everything except rpm-specifics into...
* aotcompile.py.in: New file.
* classfile.py: Likewise.
* setup.py.in: New file to install Python modules.
* configure.ac: Build the new files.
* Makefile.am: Distribute and install the new files.
