* Makefile (ecj-source.tar.bz2): New target.
(all): Use it.
(upload): Upload source tar.
* org/eclipse/jdt/internal/compiler/batch/GCCMain.java
(turnWarningsToErrors): New method.
(handleWall): New method.
(configure): Changed handling of -w. Handle -Werror, -Wall.
