Subject: rhug Xalan upgraded to 2.2.1

FYI, I've upgraded rhug's Xalan to the latest stable version: 2.2.1
I'm testing now, but I believe all of rhug should build again now (with
today's gcc 3.3 branch or the latest development snapshot).
I didn't have to hack any of the upstream sources this time around (same
with xerces). That's a good sign for gcj.
Gary: I've added all of the packages you've added recently to the top
level configury. Thanks!
