I have before me a copy of Tomcat 4.1.12 built with gcj that is
serving requests! Only static files so far, and only the WARP
connector works, but you cannot know how happy I am!

I'll commit it now ;)

Excellent! Congratulations Gary.

What is preventing servlets from working?

When it comes time to get jsp working, you might want to look at the gcj
compiler class I added to the old tomcat. On the other hand, maybe this
is completely different in tomcat4.

Oh, they're throwing some exception or another. I'm going to get what
I have committed before continuing.

I have a funny feeling that Tomcat 4 already has a gcj compiler
class. I may have imagined it though...

Cheers,
Gary
