Log message:
- transport.c: new patch from John Newbigin to fix HTTP
listing.
- autoupgrade.c: new patches from John Newbigin
corrects some more db3 package handling
(Assuming it is indeed the db3 packages that are being
targeted). adds a function which prints out command line args,
and then uses it in the places where previously there were
big messy loops.
