Log message:
	autoupgrade now uses the auto=[yes|no] option.  If no (default)
	the you will be asked if you want to run each rpm command.
	
	Do do this I have moved the fork & exec code to a common function
	which required a few changes to autoupgradeInstallRange and
	autoupgradeInstall.  I don't think that I broke anything.
	
	I think this completes the major requirements to make rpmfind
	a useful alternative to up2date.
