* Contribute the following changes:

* gloss.cxx (sh_compact.h): #include it.
(sh_media.h): #include it.
(target_to_host_syscall): Handle "sh-compact" and "sh-media".
* sh_compact.h: New header.
* sh_media.h: New header.
