Building on FreeBSD 8.2 fails when it tries to link to the freshly built tcl8.4 library due to the tcl supplied with sid using a dot in the version number and the sid tcl component ignoring the dot. The enclosed patch has been tested on FreeBSD 8.2 and FreeBSD 9.
