Synopsis:

   This component performs input/output on the standard input/output.

Functionality:

  Modelling:

   This component acts as an interface between the host system's file system
   and pins in the simulated system.

   |        | the value "-" associates the output    |
   |        | stream with cout. By default, the      |
   |        | output stream is associated with cout. |
