There is no such thing as a univeral binary that runs on all Linux platforms. And Source-Navigator has some dependencies which make generating RPMs somewhat tricky. However, it is not that hard to build. Download the source tarball, unpack it, go into the directory and type "./configure; make all-snavigator; make install-snavigator".
