You can still use the debian packages I've made. Go to www.debian.org and have a look, just extract the package and copy the tree to your system. You just need the dpkg binary. Check the deps and install rpms for those (but it shouldn't have many except standard stuff) Or can alien target rpms? ;) If you're interested you may convert the package to rpm.
