I've started hacking kdevelop a bit, and it seems that the fellow hackers from KDE project really did an excellent job with their IDE. In KDevelop there is a very neat graph based class browser which uses dot. If you'd recall, I'd once suggested using graphviz for various graphs in sourcenav.
