The name does not matter for coding but a decent name is sort of necessary in open source projects. Since we have both thought of "phoenix", I would say just let it be. The meaning fits remarkably well sourcenav being a project resurrected again and again. Of course there is the problem that one can find at least a dozen of "phoenix" software projects all over the web :) Anybody familiar with names from mythology/literature?
