I don't think that is correct. The SN50-010322-source.tar.gz file is
the source code, if you have a VC++ 5.0 compiler and Cygwin installed,
you should be able to compile it. Otherwise, you will need to use
the Windows binary:
ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com/pub/sourceware/sourcenav/releases/binaries/SN50-010322-Windows.zip
