Eliminate unused macro defintions. * Makefile.tpl: Add all-gcc: all-build-libiberty dependency when build != host. * Makefile.tpl: Add all-gcc: all-libiberty dependency. * ltcf-c.sh, ltcf-gcj.sh, Makefile.tpl: Correct BUILD/HOST confusion. * configure.in: Produce lists of subdir targets we're actually configuring. Remove references to "dosrel". * Makefile.tpl: Let configure set which subdir targets are hit. Remove install-cross; clean up install; remove ALL. Remove references to "dosrel". Remove "EXTRA_TARGET_HOST" hackery. Autogenerate host module targets. Remove empty dependency lines and redundant dependency; rearrange slightly. * Makefile.def: Add host-side libtermcap, utils. * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
