	Add target-boehm-gc to target_libraries.
	Add target-boehm-gc to noconfigdirs where ${libgcj}
	is specified.
	Assert that boehm-gc is supported when requested for Objective-C.
	Only build boehm-gc if needed either for Java or Objective-C.
