(pkglibexec_PROGRAMS): Set this instead of noinst_PROGRAMS with stpd. (pkglibexec_SCRIPTS, CLEANFILES): New variables. (install-exec-local): Target removed. * runtest.sh: Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH when lib-elfutils is in use.
