* module/fs.c:
* module/reports.c:
* module/control.c: Removed code that automatically attached forked
children of the client process and repolaced it with a
client-initiated "attach me" capability. (I.e., similar to ptrace
PTRACE_TRACEME.)
* test/test-open.c: test the above.
