    Remove __stp_tf_vm_cb from task_finder interface.
    
    * runtime/task_finder.c (__stp_tf_vm_cb): Removed.
    * tapsets.cxx (utrace_derived_probe_group::emit_module_decls):
      Output task finder vma callback and hook it.
