    PR4186 cont'd: Squash both EM_PPC and EM_PPC64 to powerpc.
    
    * tapsets.cxx (validate_module_elf): Set expect_machine = "powerpc" for both
      EM_PPC and EM_PPC64 to match session architecture set in main.
