    Revoke unprivileged from ftrace()
    
    It's writing into a system-wide resource, so it shouldn't be permitted
    to just anyone.  Also remove the printk fallback that isn't actually
    functional.
    
    * tapset/logging.stp (ftrace): Remove unprivileged and printk.
