    Fixed nfsderrno.stp for RHEL4 (and added a test).
    
    * tapset/nfsderrno.stp: Switched from using cpu_to_be32() to
      __constant_htonl() to add RHEL4 support.
    * testsuite/buildok/nfsderrno-embedded.stp: New test of nfsderrno.stp.
