    PR11553: better error messages for .return probes on inlined functions
    
    * tapsets.cxx (dwarf_query): Add inlined_non_returnable field.
      (query_dwarf_funct): Add to it as appropriate.
      (dwarf_builder::build): Report on it as appropriate, function
      of verbosity, match-count, warning-suppression.  Yey.
      (query_inline_instance_info): Assert !has_return.
